Professor Matt Griffin was recently named the 2023 Abeloff V Scholar by the V Foundation for Cancer Research. This award stems from Professor Griffin's V Scholar Grant, which was part of a funding call where one early-stage investigator submission is invited from each of the 70+ NCI-Designated Cancer Centers and other top cancer research institutes per year. The grant from this competition that receives the highest rating from their Scientific Advisory Committee is named the Abeloff V Scholar. Congratulations Matt!
